Amala Paul is making big in Kollywood with back to back films with A-stars. The actress who has enjoyed good run of her Tamil films in 2012, has now signed director A.L.Vijay for his next with Ilayathalapathy Vijay.
“Officially confirming the news that I’ve signed Dir Vijay’s project with Ilayathalapathy Vijay sir!” tweeted Amala Paul. Earlier makers have planned to rope in either Yami Gautham or Diana Penty to romance with Vijay, but lucky Amala Paul has bagged the chance.
Chandra Prakash Jain will be producing this untitled Vijay starrer and the former has confirmed the news saying, “Finally we’ve leading lady for our prestigious project. Amala will star opposite Vijay in this AL Vijay’s directorial that will start rolling from 23rd of November.”
